Restoration of 1962 Marcos Gullwing

The engine now is an original 109e-based 1-liter Cosworth MAE Formula 3 'red head' which Quicksilver Racing Engines has converted from wet-to-dry sump configuration. On the dyno, this all steel engine makes almost 110 hp with twin DCOE carbs and a special camshaft which trades some HP for additional torque. The gearbox is a 3-rail Ford with Tran-x gears at 2.5:1 first gear and alloy bellhousing and tailhousing with Wooler remote.
