Princess

1912 Princess Cyclecar Company, Detroit, Michigan.
1914-1918 Princess Motor Car Corp. Detroit, Michigan.

This 1914 car began as a cyclecar with a 12hp 4 cylinder engine and a Renault style coal scuttle bonnet, although the radiator was mounted at the front under the bonnet. It was called the Little or "Petite" Princess, but did not last out the year.
A new group of investors took over and launched a larger car for 1915, although the smaller was continued for a season in 1914. Both cars were now called simply Princess.
The larger car had a 23hp G.B.& S. engine and was made as a tourer, roadster and speedster. It was produced for three seasons, but in January 1919 the Princess Motor Car Corporation was said to be "permanently out of business".
